Teresa Stapleton
Teresa is a member of HPC’s Leadership and Management Development Team. In addition to her coaching and facilitation expertise, she brings with her more than 20 years of people management experience as a successful leader of high performing teams.
She focuses on partnering with clients to support personal growth and development through coaching, mentoring, learning and team building solutions. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges of delivering strong business performance and leading change in fast-paced environments.
Experience
Teresa has extensive experience in leading teams, having worked for over 25 years at senior management level at Microsoft and Cap Gemini in Ireland and the UK. Having managed many different operations and marketing teams, she is keenly aware of the challenges involved in creating a high-performance culture.
Teresa is known for her ability to create a safe, supportive environment that produces ongoing mutual respect and trust. She believes it’s essential to build a strong foundation upfront by clarifying expectations and establishing open and honest relationships to work effectively together. This is central to the coaching and facilitation work she now does with leadership teams, senior and middle management, and frontline staff to help drive behavioural change and improve performance.
